I’m just a man who’s been through the fire — and come out the other side with the tools to help you do the same. I’m here to guide you as you reconnect with what truly matters, while transforming your body, mind, and future.

I know how it feels to be exhausted, stuck, and overwhelmed by life. When I became a dad, I hit rock bottom — but that breakdown became a breakthrough. Through years of healing, reflection, and committed action, I’ve rebuilt a life I’m proud of. Now, I help other men do the same.

With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, circle facilitator, and founding member of a men’s mental health charity, I’ve supported hundreds of men in creating real, lasting change — physically, mentally, and emotionally. And here’s what I’ve learned: transformation starts with honest conversation and is sustained by action.

We begin by creating space for you to speak freely — without judgment, without pressure — just gentle guidance. From there, we’ll shape a plan that feels right for you. One rooted in your words, your values, and your goals. Then together, we’ll take consistent, meaningful steps toward the life you actually want to live.
